At Pixie, we take your privacy extremely seriously. We want you to know exactly how we collect, use, and protect your personal information and documents.
We collect minimal personal information. When you sign in using Google Authentication, we receive your basic profile information (name and email). When you use our generation features, the documents you upload are temporarily processed by our AI services.
The files and text you upload are used strictly for the purpose of generating your requested materials (Flashcards, Short Notes, etc). We do not use your personal documents to train our AI models. Once processing is complete, outputs are saved to your private Firebase account or synced to your Google Drive.
Your generated creations are stored securely via Firebase. Only you have access to your saved files. If you enable Google Drive sync, the copies are stored in your own personal cloud.
We utilize Google Cloud services (Firebase, Gemini API) to power our application. Their respective privacy policies apply to the processing of data transmitted through their robust secure infrastructure.
